51 Years of New Market - Linganore Community Show
1. Only youth and adults in the surrounding communities are eligible to exhibit in the show. The age groups (as of January 1st) for exhibition are:
Adults - age 19 and older
Youth - ages 14 to 18
Juniors ages 9 - 13
Children - ages 8 and under
2. Only exhibits grown or made by the exhibitors this year shall be eligible for a prize.
3. Judges reserve the right to place an entry on the merit of the produce exhibited.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted in each class. However, a person may enter each Class in a Department, as long as they only have one entry per class.
5. Labels and marking of exhibits will be handled by the Show Committee upon presentation of entry.
6. Fruit and vegetable plates will be furnished by the Show Committee.
7. The Community Show Committee is not responsible for fire, theft, or accidents.
8. Exhibitor with the most blue ribbons will receive $50 and the 1st runner-up will receive $25.
