Bake sale & Dinner Update

On behalf of the Linganore New- Market Community Show we would like to invite you to the 2024 Linganore-New Market Community Show Baked Good & Flower Auction. The Linganore Grange, New Market Grange and Linganore FFA members are anxiously preparing for this to be an outstanding show and are excited about a few changes from the past.

This will be our 50th Community Show held at the high school. The Dinner will be held on Monday, September 30th from 4:30 pm to 7:00pm in the Linganore High School Cafeteria.  Our FFA Ambassador Program will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will future the selection of the Ambassador.   The Baked Goods and Flower auction will be immediately following the program at 7:00 p.m. The auction is a highlight for everyone! All baked items will be sold, along with many floral centerpieces and vases that our Horticulture students designed. The dinner will

be Fried Chicken and Pulled Pork and hope you will be able to join us.

We also invite you to the school for Family Night at the Community Show on Tuesday, October 1st. We will have Cryin’ Johnnies and Glamour View Creamery Food Trucks available from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Parking will not be an issue on Tuesday night). We have the Pedal Tractor Pull for ages 5-10 and Carnival Activities, Games & Crafts for the family.
